The Morgan Torso Shape 3ft heavy bag has a human torso shape for practising specific body punches and kicks in boxing and MMA. 0.5cm EVA sheets sit under the white target zones, and it can be used for clinching, ground and pound, throws, flying knees and elbow strikes. Hanging and 4-way tie-down straps help minimise movement.

It is supplied unfilled, so you can fill it to your preferred weight. Once filled it weighs approximately 30-35kg.
