We deliver Australia-wide to homes and businesses. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.

Australia Post rates are calculated at checkout from your postcode and the weight of your order. The exact delivery cost is always shown before you pay.
Bulky items over 22kg
Larger pieces such as furniture, outdoor settings and big garden items travel by courier freight. The charge is based on the total weight of these items in your order.

Selected furniture ranges ship by courier with freight calculated at checkout by weight and delivery area. Any item that doesn't qualify for free shipping says "Freight calculated at checkout" on its product page.
Delivery times
- Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
- Remote and regional areas, and bulky freight, can take longer.
- We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Receiving your order
- Australia Post parcels currently require a signature on delivery. If you're not home, the driver will leave a card with collection details.
- Bulky freight is delivered to a ground-floor, kerbside or front-door location with easy access.
Where we deliver
We currently ship within Australia only, including all states and territories. We're unable to send orders overseas.
