Do you offer dropshipping?

Yes. We can ship orders direct to your customers Australia-wide, so you can sell online without holding stock. Email support@ewholesale.com.au to discuss dropshipping terms.

Who can apply for a trade account?

Any Australian business with a valid ABN - including retailers, designers, stylists, florists, hospitality venues and online sellers.

How long does approval take?

Once your application has been submitted and approved, your trade account will be activated, and trade pricing will be available when you next log in.

How do I see my trade prices?

Log in with the email address you registered. Trade pricing is shown on eligible ranges and applied automatically at checkout.

Which products are included?

Trade pricing applies to selected ranges, with savings of up to 30% off retail. Products outside these ranges are sold at our standard prices.

Can I still shop without a trade account?

Yes - anyone can shop at our standard prices. A trade account simply unlocks wholesale pricing.
