How delivery is charged
- Orders of $199 or more ship free, except heavy and bulky items.
- Orders under $199 pay Australia Post rates, calculated at checkout from your postcode and the weight of your order.
- Items over 22kg go by courier freight, starting at $69 and based on total weight.
- Some lines ship free at any order value; this is shown on the product page.
Dispatch and receiving your order
- Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and arrive within 2–7 business days. Remote and regional areas can take longer.
- A signature on delivery is not required by default.
- Bulky freight is delivered to a ground-floor, kerbside or front-door location with easy access.
Christmas delivery
For Christmas, order by Mon 14 Dec for WA, TAS, NT and supplier-shipped items, and by Thu 17 Dec for everything else. See our Christmas delivery dates for details.
