Regional and remote addresses can take a few extra days, so please order earlier if you're outside a capital city. Bulky items over 22kg travel by courier and may need extra time. These dates are our best guide based on Australia Post's recommended lodgement dates and can't be guaranteed.
Our Christmas break
- Wed 23 Dec is our last dispatch day for 2026.
- Thu 24 Dec – Sun 3 Jan: our store stays open, so you can keep shopping. Orders placed in this time are packed and sent when we're back.
- Mon 4 Jan: dispatch starts again. Items shipped direct from our suppliers may take a little longer in early January while they return from their own breaks.
Ordered after the cut-off?
No problem. You can still order any time. We'll send it as soon as we can, but it may arrive after Christmas Day.
