Product Specification

The Morgan aluminium technique barbell is a light 8kg bar for learning correct Olympic lifting technique. The aluminium shaft has grip knurling with dual markings for Olympic and powerlifting, and no centre knurl.

It is 1.83m long with a 28mm bar diameter and 25cm, 50mm sleeves on bushing bearings for smooth rotation. Maximum load is 100kg, with no more than 50kg per sleeve recommended. Use it for technique work only and lower it slowly rather than dropping it.
