Terms and Conditions:

  • "Customer" means you - the individual/business who places an Order on Ewholesale
  • "Product(s)" are the products we sell on the website
  • "Account" means the account that you register with to make a purchase


Making a purchase:

Once you have checked out your order on Ewholesale website with full payment, we will a)send you confirmation via email, notify you of dispatch status and provide you with a tracking number for the parcel. In the event that the product is no longer available for any reason, we will provide you a full refund, or offer equivalent product for you to choose from, and it is entirely up to you to proceed with that or not.


Payment Methods:

We listened to our customer feedback and chosen PayPal as it is secured and most popular method for online purchases. If you need any help with payment, please contact us via email/phone and we would be pleased to assist you.



Delivery timeframe is between 2 – 7 business days within Australia for regular parcels. We will notify you once your order is dispatched and also keep you informed if there is a delay due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Once delivered to your address, you will need to sign to accept the products delivered.

If you are not at home upon delivery, the courier will leave a note for you with alternative time / location of pick up.


Change of mind:

In the event you simply change your mind after making the purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not been sent, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.

If the order has been sent already, we provide instructions for you to send it back. We will only process any refund once we received the returned goods. The refund amount will be deducted with the shipping costs we have incurred.


Damaged or faulty goods:

Please contact us via email/phone to provide details of the damage, even include pictures so that we could assess and assist you with return process.

Once we have assessed and accepted that the damages were not caused by you after delivery, we will provide instructions for you to send it back. We will only process any refund once we received the returned goods. We will be able to replace the item, provide full refund or provide you with credits to your account.
